Inner Child Healing (Online via Zoom)

Inner Child Healing is a transformative online therapy that gently reconnects you with the younger parts of yourself carrying unresolved pain, fear, or unmet needs. Delivered via Zoom from the comfort of your own home, we use somatic awareness, guided visualisation, and compassionate dialogue to release childhood wounds and restore emotional freedom and wholeness.

Online Inner Child Healing sessions offer the same depth and intimacy as in-person work — and many clients find that being in their own familiar space allows them to open up more freely. Using body-informed practices, guided visualisation, and compassionate inner dialogue, we safely access and begin to heal the emotional imprints of early life. Whether you experienced trauma, emotional neglect, or simply grew up too fast, this online therapy creates a nurturing, private space to grieve what was lost and reclaim your authentic self —wherever you are in the world.

Abi Beri is an IPHM-accredited Integrative Therapist and Inner Child Healing Practitioner, currently completing an MSc in Psychotherapy, offering online sessions that bring compassionate, body-informed healing to childhood wounds.

Suitable for anyone seeking to heal childhood trauma or emotional wounds, break repetitive negative patterns, improve self-worth, or address anxiety and relationship difficulties rooted in early life.

Online sessions are conducted via Zoom. Booking confirmation includes a Zoom link, reminders, and all session details.

Abi holds a Higher Diploma in Counselling and is currently completing an MSc in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy. He is accredited by the IPHM.

We begin with a grounding consultation via Zoom to understand what you are carrying and what you hope to heal. I guide you through somatic settling techniques — breath, body awareness, and gentle grounding — so you feel safe and present in your own space.

Using guided visualisation, compassionate inner dialogue, and body-centred practices, we make contact with the younger parts of yourself that hold unresolved pain or unmet needs.

This is never about reliving trauma; it is about offering that younger self the compassion, safety, and understanding it deserved.

You will receive practical self-nurturing tools to use between sessions. All you need is a quiet, comfortable space and a stable internet connection. Every session is tailored to your pace and comfort, honouring your unique healing journey.
