Cranio Sacral Unwinding

The cranio sacral system runs throughout your whole body directly from your spine and brain and affects every nerve and fibre of your whole system.
Your brain and spinal cord are surrounded by cerebrospinal fluid that has its own rhythm that ebbs and flows just like the ocean tide. This natural flow of this rhythm can be effected by daily life stress, past traumas, emotional stress ,Anxiety, relationship stress, accidents, and birth trauma.

The cranial nerves especially the vagus nerve can become very dis regulated causing your system to be stuck in a fight or flight, state of being wired and tired, or functional freeze. The result of this causes inflammation throughout the whole body, creating blockages ,tension patterns that manifest as pain in the muscles, fascia and joints in the body. dullness and sluggishness or headaches. overwhelm and anxiety and a nervous system that is so wired we are unable to relax and be present in your body or your lives.
