In early life trauma is converted into numbness in the tissue, and in teenage and adulthood tensions can then trigger anxiety. Craniosacral is a model of sensitive bodywork which affords relief so that there is greater ability to flow with life and be more at ease in the body.

Craniosacral is suitable for babies, children and adults, and is suitable in both paediatrics and general treatment, including for back problems, Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, Tinnitus, stress relief, developmental difficulties, TMJ and Whiplash.

Jean McDonald practices the sensitive approach to Craniosacral therapy, using the body’s autobiography as her resource for rich work.
