Craniosacral Therapy for Babies, Children & Adults
Interested in Psychology Jean also attended Yoga Classes while reading Sociology with Psychology & Economics at Trinity College. Discourse of the effects of nature vs nurture included the rich palette of Carl Jung’s work on individuation.
Wellbeing is supported by the sensitive approach of Craniosacral therapy. Body as autobiography gives us a wealth to work with. Synovial fluids in the joints help mobility so increasing range is good and with this change mood is altered. Small changes in joints and alignment can have unexpected and significant benefits overall.
Supporting a holistic experience of life’s journey Craniosacral is suitable for Babies, Children and Adults. Jean is keen to work with the infants and babies who have had difficult births, C-Sections, who aren't thriving, have tongue tie and those who continue with a startle reflex.
Craniosacral Therapy with Jean

Craniosacral is a one on one modality. It is sensitive to the subtle energy with the added advantage of energy matching which permits tissue memory to release – this very potent approach adds to understanding and healing. This approach is being recommended for people with M.S. by General Practitioners.
Finding that mindfulness of the breath energy has far reaching results for the whole mind/body. Jean studied this with the world renowned European Union of Yoga in Switzerland.
“I’ll never forget how my Baby responded in the Womb, dancing and moving throughout the session in a state of relaxation felt by both Woman and Baby. I found myself enriched by Craniosacral (CST) it was more nourishing than food, more reassuring than talk, more grounding than sleep. And when things are difficult with Colic and other problems CST somehow releases tensions. For me and my family CST has been a rich source of wellbeing and Jean is a most excellent Practitioner.”

““I have attended craniosacral appointments and yoga classes with Jean over the last 13 years and have recommended her to all of my friends. Jean helps with all issues physical, mental and emotional. She is my first port of call when anything happens in my life. I always feel a positive shift after one of her nurturing, deeply relaxing sessions, particularly during times of bereavement. My little boy has also felt the benefit of attending craniosacral appointments with Jean since he was a newborn. Now aged three he loves her gentle, fun approach. I feel these sessions have helped to lessen anxiety and build resilience during transitions.”
Luan’s Mum, 5 Star Review
“Following my accident which included, a bulging disc on my cervical 3+4 which gave me nerve damage to my right arm and hand with symptoms of pain, loss of mobility in arm shoulder and some neuralgia across the right side of my face into my jaw. There was social isolation because of the acuity of symptoms. The physical results that I experienced from Craniosacral were acuity of the pain decreased and the power in my arm and hand increased. I suddenly felt more uplifted and at the first treatment the neuralgia diminished. I could suddenly lift things and tie my bra. Gastritis had occurred from the analgesia so taking less analgesia was a relief both physically and also on an emotional level. Sleep pattern was better as waking in pain was decreased. I was less tired. The cognitive results were the ability to focus; I could see a way forward and feel better in myself. Having had such pain and limited movement that even the basic tasks of self-care were restricted. There was a release of fear once symptoms began to subside. Emotional wellbeing suddenly took a forward leap. I had the power to wash my hair and walk out without being in pain. My energy was up and I had less fear and anxiety. Approximately 12 sessions over a period of 18 months following my accident increased my level of wellbeing and with this awareness to maintain health and wellbeing an occasional treatment is now part of my optimal care."
