Reiki helps restore balance and harmony to your mind and body. It is used throughout the world by people of all races and belief systems. Reiki is something that can benefit people of all ages from children to adults including during pregnancy.
People have reported Reiki assisting with many conditions: Helping to boost the immune system, reducing stress, increasing energy levels, enhancing self-confidence, helping in the grieving process. It compliments conventional therapies and benefits both chronic and acute medical conditions.
A calming energy healing treatment that promotes deep relaxation, emotional release and emotional balance and encourages balancing of the seven chakras in your body.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We will have a short intake session regarding your requirement for distance reiki before starting the session. Distance Reiki Sessions can also be discussed by phone and set up to happen at an agreed time.
You should have a comfortable place prepared where you can lie uninterrupted for the session. You should feel warm and have a glass of water nearby. You or I can play relaxing music for this distance session. You can also set an alarm for the energy session closing time or if on zoom, I can gently call you back to close the distance session. Or you may decide to leave the ending open so you can stay in the energy until you naturally awaken refreshed, revived and revitalised.
At the end of the session, we will check in and close the session with any feedback or queries.
