Integrative Somatic Touch

Marie offers Integrative Somatic Touch Sessions that combine Somatic Experiencing®, Somatic Alignment, and selected energy-based modalities to support deep nervous system regulation and embodied healing.

These sessions use gentle, attuned touch alongside somatic awareness, breath, and subtle energy work to support the release of held tension, restoration of balance, and reconnection with your body’s natural rhythms. Drawing on practices such as Reiki and sound healing, Marie works intuitively and responsively, always guided by your needs and capacity.

Each session is grounded in trauma-informed principles, with a strong emphasis on safety, consent, and pacing, allowing the body to process and integrate at its own rhythm.
