We are delighted to announce that Aileen Durkan will be running a Lomi Lomi Introduction (Level 1) Course this coming October 22nd & 23rd 🙌
Lomi Lomi Nui massage uses long flowing massage strokes with the forearms, elbows, and hands, combined with loving intention and focus on the breath to bring about a truly relaxing experience. This is the first of three levels to become a Lomi Lomi Practitioner. In Level 1, we will be learning the basic Lomi Lomi techniques for the back of the body. We will also be touching on the history of Lomi Lomi and Hawaiian philosophy.
This workshop is welcome to total beginners and experienced bodyworkers alike.

With this workshop you will learn the arms and the front of the body Lomi Lomi techniques as well as reviewing the back of the body. We will delve a little deeper into Hawaiian philosophy. After this level you will be able to give a 90 mins full body Lomi Lomi massage.
