Begin your Reiki journey with Geraldine Walsh of The Dublin Wellbeing Centre, Dublin 2.
This online Reiki Level 1 course is a gentle, supportive introduction to the Usui System of Natural Energy Healing. It is suitable for complete beginners and for anyone who would like to learn how to use Reiki for self-healing, relaxation, energy awareness and everyday wellbeing.
Throughout the course, you will learn what Reiki is, how it works, the benefits of Reiki, the Reiki Principles, the history and lineage of Reiki, and how to begin working with Reiki energy safely and respectfully. You will also explore the chakra system, the endocrine system, aura awareness, grounding techniques, self-treatment hand positions and simple ways to bring Reiki into your daily life.
Reiki Level 1 is a beautiful foundation for personal healing, self-development and holistic health. You will be guided to connect with universal life force energy, practise Reiki self-treatment, understand the 21-day cleansing period, and build confidence in using Reiki for yourself, family and friends. By the end of Reiki Level 1 Online, you will have a deeper understanding of energy healing, a practical self-treatment routine, and the foundations needed to continue your Reiki practice with confidence.
