Catherine Watson

Holistic Life Coaching

With a former career in Corporate Sales and years of working alongside life coaches in high-performance environments, Catherine brings deep, lived experience to her holistic wellbeing coaching. As an IPHM-accredited Holistic Life Coach and Mind-Body Practitioner, she uniquely bridges personal healing with professional development.

Catherine supports clients in navigating inner fears and emotional challenges by guiding them to the root cause of limiting behaviours, habits, and beliefs. Her work is grounded in inner child healing, emotional intelligence, and mind-body awareness, helping clients create lasting change from the inside out.

Her coaching supports areas including, but not limited to: inner child work, limiting beliefs, stress management, procrastination, low self-esteem and confidence, imposter syndrome, anxiety and fear, relationship patterns, childhood trauma, public speaking, emotional regulation, and holistic self-care.

Drawing on her corporate background, Catherine integrates life coaching principles into corporate and executive coaching, supporting professionals to enhance self-awareness, resilience, communication skills, and leadership presence. Her approach is especially effective for individuals seeking personal growth while navigating high-pressure work environments.

Catherine’s methodology highlights the mind-body connection and the biology of belief, showing how subconscious patterns influence behaviour, performance, and wellbeing. With a focus on neuroplasticity, positive psychology, and practical daily mind-body tools, clients learn how to rewire unhelpful patterns and build healthier, more aligned ways of living and working.
