We are very happy to introduce you to Ché Fegan who has joined The Dublin Wellbeing Centre as an experience holistic therapist!

Che Fegan is the founder of Energy in Breath. He learned his massage therapies in Rishikesh Northern India and Chiang Mai Northern Thailand. After Becoming a Reiki Healer in 2019 found himself on a holistic journey curious to learn more ways to work with energy.

Getting certified in Pranayama Breathwork and Mindfulness made the choice to travel to Thailand and India and immerse in the rich culture and teachings of Chi Nei Tsang, Yoga and Ayurveda.

Finding Sound therapy and Massage he creates an holistic experience joining Reiki ,massage and sound to help heal soothe and rejuvenate the body and mind

Ché brings with him therapies that are new to The Dublin Wellbeing Centre

  • Ayurvedic Oil Massage/Marma Point Therapy

    • This Type of massage is designed to create balance among the mind, body and spirit helping
      the body to heal itself. The focus is to help clear energy channels in the body, moving and dislodging toxins and balancing the chakras, also known as the energy centers in the body.

  • Chi Nei Tsang

    • Chi Nei Tsang means “working the energy of the internal organs” or “internal organs chi
      transformation.” Chi Nei Tsang is a powerful Chinese technique that helps release emotional blockages
      through abdominal massage
