Breath–Body–Mind Session

Breath-Body-Mind sessions are a powerful way to work directly with the nervous system through breath, movement, and awareness. In a 1:1 setting, Marie offers a personalised and responsive space where practices are carefully chosen to meet your current state and capacity.

Using specific breathing patterns, alongside gentle somatic and movement-based practices, these sessions support the body to shift out of stress and survival responses and into states of regulation, clarity, and ease.

Over time, clients develop a deeper awareness of their internal state, alongside practical tools to support themselves through daily life, stress, and emotional challenges
