Life Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative, future-focused partnership that helps you move from where you are now to where you want to be. Unlike therapy, which often explores the past, coaching focuses on action and change, supporting clarity, confidence, and meaningful progress when you feel lost, afraid, stuck, or burnt out.

A coach does not give advice but believes you are the expert in your own life. Through a non-judgemental space, coaching helps you untangle thoughts, gain clarity, and move forward with intention. It supports change, career transitions, confidence building, stress management, and goal achievement. With gentle challenge and practical, action-based steps, coaching can help you navigate challenges, rediscover your spark, and create greater ease and purpose in your life.

Cliodhna is a fluent Irish speaker and offer sessions as Gaeilge also.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A life coaching session is your dedicated space to pause, reflect, and focus on what truly matters to you. We usually start with a check-in, exploring what’s come up since your last session, before gently shaping what you’d like to focus on today. Through thoughtful, guided questions, I help you uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface, including any doubts, patterns, or blocks that may be holding you back. Together, we turn your insights into clear, realistic actions that feel aligned and achievable. The focus is always on where you are now and where you want to go next. Sessions are supportive, honest, and forward-moving, giving you both the clarity and accountability to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
