Through somatic awareness, guided visualisation, and compassionate dialogue, we work to release childhood wounds and restore emotional freedom, self-worth, and wholeness.
This deeply integrative approach combines body-based practices, psychology, and inner child dialogue to safely access and heal the emotional imprints of early life. Whether you experienced trauma, emotional neglect, or simply grew up too fast, this therapy creates a nurturing space to grieve what was lost, reclaim your authentic self, and transform patterns that no longer serve you — at a pace that honours your nervous system.
This therapy is suitable for anyone seeking to heal childhood trauma or emotional wounds, break repetitive negative patterns, improve self-worth, or address anxiety and relationship difficulties rooted in early life.
Abi holds a Higher Diploma in Counselling and is currently completing an MSc in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy. Abi is an IPHM-accredited Integrative Somatic Therapist and Inner Child Healing Practitioner, currently completing an MSc in Psychotherapy, supporting clients to heal childhood wounds through compassionate, body-informed care.

What to expect
We begin with a grounding consultation to understand what you are carrying and what you hope to heal. I then guide you through somatic settling techniques — breath, body awareness, and gentle grounding — so you feel safe and present.
Using guided visualisation, compassionate inner dialogue, and body-centred practices, we make contact with the younger parts of yourself that hold unresolved pain or unmet needs.
This is never about reliving trauma; it is about offering that younger self the compassion, safety, and understanding it deserved.
You will be given practical self-nurturing tools to use between sessions. Every session is tailored to your pace and comfort, honouring your unique healing journey. You will leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.
