Giving a voice to what your mind & body are holding onto and what’s holding you back. EFT (or tapping as it is often known) is a technique that combines ancient acupressure with modern psychology. 

You will be guided to gently tap on key acupressure points while tuning in and giving an honest yet accepting voice to a physical tension, painful memories, outdated beliefs, uncomfortable emotions or future fears. We collapse this emotional charge - sending calming signals to your nervous system that it is safe to switch off the stress response, to let go, re-wiring your internal response into clarity and ease.

Wondering how you can experience the profound benefits of EFT therapy remotely? Being in the comfort of your own home often creates an increased sense of safety and ease, leading to deeper, more profound insights, shifts and healing. Because energy isn’t a physical object, it doesn’t need to ‘travel’ a distance — it simply responds to a focused intention and is not limited by time or space. Your EFT practitioner supports and guides you to tap on your own body's meridian points, alongside identifying and placing honest words and language, specific to your needs, to create the release and change you are looking for.
