Lola Lara

Reflexology, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage
Reflexology for Maternity, Herbal Medicine Clinic

I am a Reflexologist, Master Medical Herbalist and Holistic Practitioner, dedicated to supporting health naturally,  with compassion and loving kindness. My academic background in various humanities, together with over 30 years of living closely connected to nature in Ireland, inspired me to train formally in the Western Tradition of Herbalism and Reflexology.

My Herbal Medicine practice focuses on gentle and gradual cleansing and nourishing of body and mind to restore vitality and support wellbeing. In my herbal consultations, people gain clarity about the root causes of their health concerns, receive nutritional guidance and self-care strategies to support long-term change. After the consultation, I work on tailoring the best herbal remedies to suit their needs and goals.

Reflexology complements my holistic approach offering a deeply restorative experience that reduces stress, balances energy and stimulates the body’s innate healing capacity. Reflexolgy treatments can be extended to 90 mins to include a Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD). This is a very gentle technique designed to stimulate lymph flow, strengthen immunity, improve mobility and reduce swelling and pain.

My goal is to plant a seed of awareness that promotes a path to better health and wellbeing.
