Working with Joanne

The services she offers are:

  • Emotion focused Hypnotherapy – for people who feel stuck or overwhelmed with life.
  • Solution focused Hypnotherapy – this approach suits those who have a particular issue they would like to resolve quickly, e.g., Smoking, Vaping, Phobias.
  • Life Coaching – for people who are ready to take the next step in life, or looking to create more balance, meaning etc.

Qualifications & Accreditations

  • Advanced diploma in strategic hypnotherapy
  • Diploma in mind coaching

Linda embodies a truly relational way of being with clients of all ages and genders, creating a space where they feel supported to co-build a safe therapeutic environment. Linda’s curiosity, creativity, and intuition allow her to meet each client with openness and respect for the uniqueness of their experience. Within her Gestalt approach, I have enjoyed Linda’s ability to attune to clients beyond words, inviting them to listen to their body process and the subtle resonances that often speak louder than language. Her work is authentic and heart-centred, grounded in trauma-informed practice while offering gentle yet appropriate challenges when needed. I feel that Linda is a safe pair of hands, able to stay present with clients in those stuck and uncertain places that require patience and courage.
