Ebru Nuhoglu Reilly

I am a qualified humanistic and integrative psychotherapist. I have completed a Master’s degree in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at the Tivoli Institute in 2025.  I am a pre-accredited member of Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP) and abide by their Ethical Code. I am an academic Associate of Logotherapy and member of the Viktor Frankl Institute of Ireland.

I am originally from Turkey and since 2003, I have been living in Ireland which has become a second home for me. I can provide sessions both in English and Turkish. I believe each person carries a deep, often quiet knowing of what supports growth.

Psychotherapy is not about fixing, but about increasing awareness and engaging with yourself in an attuned and curious way. I offer a confidential, compassionate and non-judgemental space. I am committed to ongoing self-awareness and professional growth through supervision and personal therapy. My practice is insured by PPS.

Working with Ebru

I tailor my approach to each client by drawing from various approaches. I have a particular interest in body-oriented processes. This involves paying attention to how experiences may be held in the body and working gently with what emerges, supporting regulation, connection, and a sense of safety over time.

Working together and at your pace, we explore thoughts, feelings, bodily experience, and personal history, gently unravelling patterns that may no longer serve you and allowing new ways of relating to emerge. This supports greater awareness, inner capacity, and meaning over time. If this way of working resonates, you are welcome to reach out.
