Abi Beri

Nervous System & Trauma Specialist | Integrative Somatic Therapist | Family Constellations Facilitator

Abi Beri is an IPHM-accredited Integrative Somatic Therapist, Nervous System and Trauma Specialist, and Family Constellations Facilitator working at the intersection of body-based healing, systemic therapy, and holistic wellbeing.

With a Higher Diploma in Counselling and currently completing an MSc in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy, Abi brings both rigorous clinical training and genuine lived experience to his practice.

His work is grounded in somatic trauma therapy, inner child healing, and family systems work - offering clients an integrated, whole-person approach that goes beyond symptom management to address the root of what they are carrying.

Working with Abi

Abi works with individuals navigating trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, relationship patterns, and a sense of disconnection from themselves.

His approach is warm, evidenced-informed, and deeply respectful of each client and their unique nervous system and life story.

Originally from a background in holistic and energy modalities, Abi has spent over a decade developing a therapeutic model that honours both the body & wisdom and the complexity of the human experience. He believes healing happens when people feel genuinely seen,
safely held, and empowered - not just advised.
