About Ursula Daly
A qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist BSc hons with extensive experience in the field of health care, counselling and psychotherapy. I also have the added advantage of having worked outside the therapy field for a period of years and the experience of parenthood thus bringing a broad and mature perspective to the therapy session.
Having trained in the Humanistic, Psycho-dynamic and Gestalt models of counselling and psychotherapy I use a variety of approaches depending on the issue at hand. When working with clients I endeavour to work at their pace respecting their constraints, dilemmas and personal challenges.
